What Will I Do?

• Serving as the friendly face of the bank, helping customers with transactions, accounts, and financial services.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and businesses, providing personalized banking solutions.
• Be an ambassador for Frontier Bank, engaging with the community and representing our mission at local events.
• Educate customers about our products and services to ensure they have the best financial tools available.
• Work in a team-oriented, supportive environment where your contributions make a difference.

About You

• Strong foundational knowledge in basic math and financial services
• Experience in banking, loan origination, and loan processing preferred but not required
• Proficiency with financial software and 10-key typing
• Previous experience as a loan officer is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
